The vip999 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback calculated as a fixed percentage of the week's net losses — up to 0.3% at Bronze and up to 1.5% at Diamond. For example: a Gold-tier member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

vip999 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account of any user who creates multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, places artificial bets, or attempts to claim bonuses through any dishonest method.

5 User Responsibilities

5.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow third parties to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

5.2 Prohibited Activities
